Site Preparation & Grading Begins
Work begins across the site, including grading, utilities, and general site preparation.
- 2025April
Phase 1 Foundation Work
Foundation work starts for Phase 1 to get ready for the concrete slabs that will support the cottages.
- 2025May
Retaining Wall Construction Begins
Retaining wall construction starts across the site. There will be over one mile of retaining wall when complete.
- 2025September
Framing Complete For Phase 1 Homes
All homes in Phase 1 are framed.
- 2025October
Phase 2, 3, & 4 Foundation Work
Foundation work begins for Phases 2, 3, and 4 to prepare for the cottage foundations.
- 2025November
Clubhouse Foundation Work
Foundation work starts for the Clubhouse, and framing is completed.
Phase 1 buildings are “dried in,” meaning the roofs, siding, windows, and doors are finished.
Bridge construction begins in Phase 4.
Retaining walls and all major site work, like grading and utilities, are completed. - 2025December
Clubhouse Roof, Siding, Doors & Windows Complete
The Clubhouse is dried in, with the roof, siding, doors, and windows completed.
- 2026January
Phase 1 Buildings Connected To Power
The outside of the Clubhouse is finished with brick and siding.
Permanent power is connected to all buildings in Phase 1.
Phases 2 and 3 are framed and dried in with roofs, siding, doors, and windows. - 2026February
Phase 1 Buildings Receive Final Inspections
The Clubhouse receives permanent power.
Final inspections are done for all Phase 1 buildings.
Bridge construction in Phase 4 is completed.
All Phase 4 buildings are framed and dried in with roofs, siding, doors, and windows. - 2026March
Clubhouse Receives Final Inspections
Final inspections are completed for the Clubhouse.

Phase 2 & 3 Buildings Connected To Power
Permanent power is connected to all buildings in Phases 2 and 3.
- 2026May
Phase 2 Buildings Receive Final Inspections
Final inspections are completed for Phase 2.
Permanent power is connected to all buildings in Phase 4. - 2026June
Phase 3 & 4 Buildings Receive Final Inspections
Final inspections are completed for Phases 3 and 4.

Move-In Day
Residents move in at The Narrative at Columbia.
